Training with Christian is awesome! I only train with him once a week but that session is vital. He helps me train the right way, feeling the contractions and making sure everything is spot on. When training alone you can sometimes get stuck in autopilot, going through the motions but not pushing like you should. Christian reminds me to focus and concentrate on what I’m doing, really developing the mind to muscle connection. On top of that the tailored diet & training programmes are priceless. I’ve had lots of different programmes from Christian, all specific to my goals at the time. Each exercise is in the plan for a reason and Christian uses his huge knowledge of training & techniques to put together a full routine. Training with Chris is the only choice if you’re serious about results!!
