I had a 6 week diet plan off Christian & lost 12kilos in that time & got stronger in the gym. I filled out a questionnaire & he devised a diet to the food choices I had selected. It was more food than I’ve ever eaten & the weight was dropping off me every wk. I sent him my weight & pics every Saturday morning & within a couple of hours he’d reply with any adjustments to the diet. I’m still following the protocol & am getting leaner each week, without starving myself. I’d recommend using him as he has so much knowledge & experience.
