Anxiety what is it?
We have all experienced some sort of uncomfortable feelings during our most stressed-out times for whatever reasons they are but I know they soon go and we feel better after that period passes.
I started the new year and everything is moving the way I want it to go forward. I feel in control more than ever, and know myself more than I ever have, I am comfortable and I am confident, things are great right now.
I recently started getting a
feeling I couldn't explain or understand why I was feeling it. The feeling we tend to get when we worried, like butterflies in our stomach or when somethings wrong, anxious not knowing the outcome of something and like the feeling of being on the edge.
I couldn't understand, this is why I was questioning because I felt great with my life, my progression, movement, I'm fit and healthy too, so what's up with me, I kept thinking.
I spoke with my husband and a
few people around me about this feeling I keep having and started
researching, what it may be and ways to help this feeling go or understand why I'm getting it and what caused it.
I Felt trapped in a feeling that wasn't my choice or actions that lead to this.
I wasn't afraid of anything, neither do I care what others think of me, I am me!
It often comes on me when I'm Alone or in mid
conversation or in my daily routines.
I try not to think about it too much as I won't let it take over me and I believe it's just a phase that will come and go. That being said I'm still looking, learning every day for ways to help control or improve the uncomfortable feeling.
What has helped me deal with this is my Training. Working out my body has been my go-to and training all out like. I don't think I have ever trained as much before in my life as much as I am now and my energy is great, my body feels healthy, I feel physically great soo I'm going with it and welcoming this feeling because it's helping me positively. Training has become my distraction, I'm using this negative to my advantage.
I Also Meditate regularly, I find this also calms me down so much from the inside out.
Iv noticed I have to keep moving when I get the feeling described like I want to walk or move my legs.
I realize it's all a natural distraction, and that's ok because it helps.
It's not strong at the moment or strong enough to stop me and the more research I'm doing, the more it makes me feel better knowing it's mild and not as bad as some experience.
I am not letting it take over me, I will continue to push through the feelings when they come.
I find talking to people openly about it helps me so much, this is true with anything, I will continue to talk and share my stories.
I will also continue to do the above, I will take whatever direction and expert advice needed to get rid of the feeling.
I write this happily and thankfully spreading the word that it's OK to have anxiety and we will not suffer in silence. Only positively pushing on, like the powerful women I am, that we are!
I hope sharing my experience helps you if you have had similar feelings and confusion.

This will help your body flush the toxins from your body from the alcohol. 3 Alcohol choice Some will also choose a lighter beer for less calories, this isn’t always the best choice as we tend to drink more, wine on the other hand we tend to sip and have just a few. Top 5 Tips for Home Workouts During a Quarantine Hey Guys, working out from home has been a funny one for everyone I have seen recently on social media. The adjustment has been odd, but I have seen nothing but positive feedback and energy from all like-minded people helping each other out in these times. Below are a few things I have been implementing for myself that have made a big difference so I'd like to share them with you.
Many years ago, back when I was 16 I totally removed all dairy and meat product’s from my diet. I went a vegan for around one year purely because I didn’t like the texture meat or the idea of eating any animal products, also because it was easier to prepare food. Back then I did not have the knowledge on the nutrition of what foods or supplement’s I should use to replace the lack of essential vitamins I was not getting from my vegan diet, which was what I thought was just removing all meat and dairy products. After a few months on this diet, it really showed in my health inside and out, I became scrawny, extremely flat-chested, my body was undernourished because of my diet was lacking important nutrients, my diet was so unhealthy, and it showed.
