Growing up I was horse mad and that’s about as far as it got. I hated team sports tbh as my patience levels are not the highest! I didn’t like having to rely on other people either. I have always enjoyed doing things on my own. I did some competitive running prior to starting body-building which I enjoyed as that was my me time.
This is a question I get over and over again, from many different kinds of people, different body types, different current situations, but all sharing the same goal, LOSING FAT!
With there being so many diets out there today, Low carb, KETO, carb cycling, flexible dieting, if it fits your macros, intermittent fasting, carb backloading, potion control, and many other fads.
I will stress that whatever diet you follow it should ALWAYS be centered around quality essential nutrition.
