I am Christian Williams, and I am a fitness coach based in Dubai, UAE. I have been helping many individuals, from all walks of life and with various abilities, to set fitness goals and accomplish them.
I am very goal driven and focused to achieve anything I set my mind to - which helps in pushing my clients towards their own transformations. Bodybuilding has taught me tremendous discipline and how to stay fully committed to my objectives.
WE ALL are gifted with the ability to break boundaries- both mentally and physically. We can achieve whatever we believe, our thoughts become things, we manifest ideas and visions when focusing so strongly on them - but obviously within the laws of physics and our genetic limitations. Even then, I am still not totally convinced, I honestly believe that anything is POSSIBLE, anything!
We have reached another weekend, it has been a productive week as always moving forward towards my goals but like always, I am here wondering where has the time gone, the time I will never get back.
Sometimes the thought on the theory that this is one life, one shot, one chance to make a difference to the world or at least leave your imprint for others to follow, can be as daunting as it can be motivating to either hop, skip or stroll through each waking day.
